• E-470 and 104th Avenue: Site of Future Wal-Mart
Wal-Mart has purchased approximately 30 acres at the northwest corner of E-470 and 104th Avenue. The Reunion Metro District is constructing Biscay Street and 106th Avenue to serve the property. Wal-Mart has received all City Planning Approvals necessary to apply for building permits but has not announced a start date.
