Spooktacular October at Reunion!

GET READY FOR CHILLS AND THRILLS THIS OCTOBER

October is such a fantastic time of year in Colorado. This month is all about fall color drives in the mountains, beer festivals around the state, and football games every weekend. And of course, October ends on the right note with Halloween – the spookiest (and most awesome) of holidays.

At Reunion, we’re looking forward to the next few weeks of hayrides, hot cider, and trick-or-treat candy. In addition to our regular activities, we have a few spook-tacular suggestions to help get the most out of the Halloween season — both for kids and adults.

U-PICK-EM PUMPKINS & CORN MAZE

Now until October 31, Rock Creek Farm

Wander more than 100 acres of pumpkin fields, where you can pick the right pumpkin, take a hayride, or get lost in our six miles of corn mazes. You’ll enjoy plenty of fall festive treats and decorations, too. Best part – this event is free! Learn more.

ZOMBIE PAINTBALL HUNT

Now until October 30, 7-11pm, Anderson Farms

The Zombie Apocalypse has come to Anderson Farms! Help save the farm by joining the “hunt.” You’ll be equipped with a paintball gun while riding around in a wagon, keeping zombies at bay. No reservations needed, but you can buy tickets here.

WESTWORD PRESENTS FEAST

Sunday, October 15, 12-3pm, McNichols Building

Celebrate Denver’s restaurant scene. Take a short drive downtown and join a true feast for the senses, with dishes from more than 40 restaurants. Yum! Tickets are $25-60.

TRUNK OR TREAT

Sunday, October 29, 5-7pm, Rec Center

Our annual Trunk or Treat is a favorite event for families! As an alternative to traditional trick-or-treating, classic cars gather at the Rec Center and open their trunks full of yummies. Sign up to create a trunk or just bring the family down to trick or treat from these decorated vehicles and enjoy food from the many food trucks on site. Enjoy pictures from last year’s event here.
