Homes of Reunion

Our builders bring a diverse collection of ideas as they create the residences of Reunion. But they all share one common trait. They pride themselves as craftsmen. Each with the right touches of eclecticism and timeless architecture while achieving high-quality standards of design, consistently.

Reunion Rec Center

“On the inside of our nostalgia-inducing red barn is 21,000 square feet of Reunion’s rec center that covers everything from arts and crafts to Zumba classes. An indoor gymnasium, full-on fitness center, aerobics and meeting areas, locker rooms. This place has the works.

On the outside is where fun is just a splash away in the outdoor pool. Shimmering, aquamarine waters ripple from every turn down the twisting waterslide. It’s your weekend getaway.”

Reunion Coffee House

“There’s a history to this land we call home. Learn all about Reunion, its homebuilders, and events coming up. You’ll feel extra welcome in our Welcome Center inside the Reunion CoffeeHouse.

This charming getaway with baristas roasting and preparing steaming mugs of Boyer’s coffee gives you that morning pick-me-up, or that early afternoon gossip with neighbors. All of this is just a minute or two from your front door.

Reunion Concession Stand

In the heart of Reunion Park is the Reunion Concession Stand. When events are rocking, so is the concession stand. While you’re catching a movie under the stars during a Reunion Movie Night, or capturing the sunniest of days during our annual Red, White and Blue Fest, the concession stand is your oasis for sweets, treats and refreshments (and bathroom stop).

Parks & Trails

Sneakers were never meant to hibernate on shoe shelves. At Reunion, you’ve got 150 acres of parks, 10 miles of trails, and 170 acres of open space just egging you to go explore its treasures. Eight acres of lakes and waterfalls. An amphitheater, picnic hub, and athletic fields. Stop-you-in-your-tracks views of Longs Peak. Tie those laces and get out there.

Southlawn Pool

The Southlawn Pool is our staycation spa. The pool includes a beach-style entry, in-pool lounge chairs, and lap lanes for low-impact exercise among other features. Plus, a sport court for all kinds of activities. End your day watching one of Colorado’s prized sunsets at the patio fire pit. That sounds like a perfect sunny day in Reunion.

Buffalo Run Golf Course

That sweet smell of freshly cut, manicured grass is in our backyard at Buffalo Run Golf Course, Commerce City’s 18-hole championship course. Sinnce 1996, the public course has been recognized as one of the region’s premier golf facilities. Invite your friends to a friendly game of golf in the neighborhood.

Schools

The growing minds that call Reunion home hold education near and dear. Present technologies and inndustries are rapidly changing, and as part of the 27J School District, each school serving Reunion carries the same purpose: to create the right foundation for younger learners, and our future leaders, to engage thoughtfully in society as it continues to change.

Nearby Conveniences

With hungry mouths to feed, errands to run, and dates to play, a marketplace nearby is crucial. Luckily in Reunion, you’ve got options. And they’re great options, too, with even more on the way.
