Broadmoor is a big name in Colorado

Residents of Colorado are familiar with the grand, 5-star resort “The Broadmoor” in Colorado Springs. This stunning hotel and conference center is centered on a beautiful sprawl of land that covers 185,000 square feet, promising a luxurious mountain experience to their guests. And much like this famous resort, our own Broadmoor model at Reunion boasts an expansive size and a luxurious experience as well.

The generous Broadmoor floorplan covers anywhere from 4,472 to 5,934 square feet. The base plan can hold five bedrooms and three bathrooms, but you can opt up to eight bedrooms and six bathrooms. Perfect for couples who dream of a big family or are already living that dream.

When you walk into the main level, you’re greeted with a sizable foyer conjoined to a flex space and dining room. Beyond, the house opens up to a vast great room and fireplace (or media center depending on your needs) and an enormous kitchen. The great room offers options of sliding doors or glass swing doors that open onto the outdoor patio with a view. Behind the great room is a guest bed and bath and a laundry room.

Head upstairs and you’ll find the spacious master suite and bath with an outdoor patio option. This is surely a retreat from the chaos of the day. The spa-like bathroom has dual vanities, dual showers, a large walk-in closet, and a free-standing tub. Across the hall is another flex room that can be customized as part of the master suite or an additional guest bedroom and bath.

You’ll never run out of sleeping space in this home. Down the hall, you’ll find three more bedrooms and a bathroom, as well as a balcony overlooking the foyer. An additional laundry room can be added to this side of the house as well. Underneath the home, basement options allow for a full or partial foundation, and a walkout patio can be added. You can add an additional bed/bath and media room down there as well.
