The leaves are changing colors, the air is getting crisp, and fall fun abounds for your family in our community! From Hot Dog Days to the Red, White and Bluefest, we filled the summer with exciting activities — and autumn looks just as lively. Here’s our overview of Reunion events to attend with neighborhood friends over the next few months.
Shine on Car Show
On Saturday, September 11, head to the Rec Center parking lot for the eighth annual Shine on Car Show. Enjoy this free event as a spectator or enter your own vehicle — all makes and models are welcome. Tasty food will be available for purchase, and you’ll have an opportunity to browse vendor stalls featuring local goods. The fun begins at 10 am and wraps up at 2 pm — see you there!
Trunk or Treat
Sponsored by the Landing Place Church, our iconic Trunk or Treat event is back again this year! Stop by the Reunion Rec Center with your whole family on October 24 to trick-or-treat from the creatively-bedecked vehicle trunks of fellow Reunion residents. If you’re up to the artistic challenge, design your own themed trunk that the community is sure to love. Need a little inspiration to outfit your car for the holiday? Have a look through stunning setups from past years to get your brainstorm started. Show up at 4 pm — and don’t forget to wear a costume and bring your sweet tooth!
Save the date for our annual Holiday Happenings on December 4. Your kids can participate in seasonal arts and crafts while spending time with Santa and his elves — with activities for all ages, everyone will have a festive time! While you’re there, sign up for a ride on a horse-drawn carriage and marvel at spectacular decorations. We’ll have more information forthcoming soon — stay tuned!
